Our Commitment

At PixelNX Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Downloadable software or digital products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to post
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
